Sysand Index docs#
Sysand Index is the package registry for SysML v2 and KerML projects at
sysand.com. The sysand client publishes packages to
it and installs projects from it.
If you are new here, start with
Publishing your first project.
It covers the whole path from preparing a package to seeing it live on the
index. If you do not have the sysand client yet, install it first: see
Installation and
First steps in the client docs.
For specific tasks (API tokens, organizations, member invitations, bundling a README, changelog, or licenses), see the how-to guides in the sidebar.
The recommended path depends on who owns the project:
Personal project: publish under your own username. No extra setup is needed beyond an account: follow Publishing your first project directly.
Team project: publish under a shared organization namespace. A common path is:
Create an organization for the shared publisher namespace.
Publish the first project in that namespace.
Choose whether people should get access through direct organization invitations, organization teams, or direct project membership.
Use API tokens or trusted publishing for the publishing workflow.
Beyond that, the docs are organized by what you need: tutorials teach a workflow from start to finish, how-to guides solve specific tasks, explanation pages cover concepts and rationale, and reference pages state exact facts for lookup.
